The Oakhill Drive PS held on Monday & Tuesday, 19th & 20th October, 2020

PROBLEM OF PRACTICE: How well are we providing rigour for all students?  
- is the lesson worthwhile?
- is there questioning and feedback to enable higher order thinking?
- is there support & scaffolding to ensure that all students experience both challenge & success?

 


Pre-round reading is "Rigor is not a Four Letter Word".  Our reading takes extracts from chapters 1 & 2 from this book by Barbara Blackburn and adds in extracts from the NSW Curriculum Review & other authors.  Click here to download the reading
