1. First step was to share with the staff the celebrations from the round.
2. Then to plan focuses for staff learning:  K-3 - a balanced literacy program;  4-6 Think Alouds

3. Two texts were selected for staff professional learning.

6. The emphasis on embedding new strategies continued through the Learning from Home time
