REFLECTIONS FROM OUr last round

Since our last round I have been reflecting on the power of networking.   Teachers and leaders in our four schools have taken on board new focuses - ones that they otherwise would not have considered. So many teachers in our four schools are trying new strategies in their classrooms - the practical ideas that are observed are being transferred to new settings. And there is an impressive depth of thinking about teaching, learning and leading.
